This claw clip has been with me for about five years and I use it pretty much every day. If it’s not in my hair, it’s in my bag. It’s a little worn now, but that just shows how much I’ve used it. I haven’t found anything that really compares, and I know I’ll be disappointed when it finally stops working.

The tortoise shell pattern matches my glasses, and the bit of pink makes it feel more fun. It’s an easy way to throw my hair up while still looking put together, better than a basic ponytail. I also started wearing claw clips after watching my mom, so it feels like a small nod to her style too.
